Burial place marked by a cast-iron cross on an irregular stele. Cross with arms ending in a stylised trillium form on a plinth. The face of the cross excavated, the mount visible after the figure of Christ. Stele closed with a segmental arch. On it on the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ś. P. / Wincenty / OKUSZKO / zm. 27 Sierp. 1887r. / wieku lat 65 / - / Boże ! zbaw duszę jego //.
