The Catholic cemetery in Nova Uszyca is located in the western part of the village on the left side of the road to Dunajowce. It has the shape of a regular rectangle with an area of about 4.5 ha https://slowopolskie.online/polski-cmentarz-w-nowej-uszycy/ . According to Zbigniew Hauser, it is one of the better preserved cemeteries in this area, where the author found 17 tombstones with Polish inscriptions. These tombstones are located in the older part, which is more neglected.

Above all, the monumental neo-Gothic gravestone of Honorata and Florian Abbottsy from the 80s in the 19th century attracts attention. It is decorated with decorative pointed niches and an unidentified coat of arms by Hauser. A more elaborate form is represented by the monument erected to Teofila Iwaszkiewiczowa in 1911 with ornamentation of a neo-Gothic character, an acroterion and a knotted cross, and the tombstone of Karolina Malska, who died in 1905, consisting of a three-stepped plinth and a plain column topped with a cross. The inscription plaque was made of white marble. Crosses have not been preserved on several gravestones.

In 2017, plaques were unveiled in the cemetery in memory of Polish legionaries buried in 1920 https://samorzad.pap.pl/klub-samorzadowy/swidnica/kategoria/wiadomosci-klubowe/gmina-swidnica-cmentarz-w-nowej-uszycy .
