The burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and perpendicular base. The whole sits on a common band. The lower arm of the cross goes down into a wide plinth. Base in the form of rocks. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth gabled, on the front with a semicircular closed gable. On the second step, on the front, a panel repeating the shape of the plinth, in which an inscription is engraved, above which is an unpreserved photograph.

Inscription:

1. Tu odpoczywa / JUSTYN / PLONKA / ✝ 17 listopada 1908 / w 28. r. życia swego //.

2. Niech odpoczywa / w pokoju! //.
