Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper side edges. Engraved inscription to front (2).

according to Wacław Wejtka's records, the gravestone was originally topped with a cross and enclosed by a fence with iron bars
