Rectangular tomb, covered with a slab, at the head of which there was originally a cross on a three-tier pedestal and a two-tier base. The cross is not preserved. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with corners decorated with floral motifs, in it a relief inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On the front a panel with relief floral motifs arranged in an oval frame, in which a relief inscription (1). The third step of the plinth strongly tapering upwards, with chamfered lower and upper edges. On the front a panel with bas-relief floral motifs, in it a bas-relief Kościesza coat of arms. On the slab covering the tomb, fragments of a cast-iron fence.

1. S. + P. / AUGUST / TARGOŃSKI / + 23 LUTEGO 1895 R. / W WIEKU LAT 75. //.
2. "Im cięższe miał w życiu cierpienia, / tym ściślej się z Bogiem jednoczył” //.

According to Lucjan Uziębła's records, there was a tin plate attached to the gravestone, with a faintly legible inscription: Ś. + P / z Balewiczów / Julja / Targońska / Weteranka / died on 9 March 1922 / at the age of 80 / Eternal rest deign to give the Lord to the soul / of my Beloved Aunt //.

corrosion, mosses, lichens, Non-preserved inscription plaque, cavities, non-maintained finial
