Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth. Cross with pointed arms. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front of the plinth an engraved frame, within it an engraved inscription (1), on the back an identical frame, within it an engraved inscription (2). Location of gravestone secondary.

(2) Tu spoczywają zwłoki dzieci / Pacuniewiczów: Józi, Antosia, Julii / zmarłych w dziecinnym wieku / i Stefania, ur. 14ego Czerwca 1861 r. / zm. 4ego Stycznia 1877 r. //.
