Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base, in a band. Cross unpreserved, on pedestal decorated with palmetto and volute tracery. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front a panel decorated in the corners with geometrical braid, in it an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal with 1/3 height profiled sides, covered with a panel with a pediment with a bas-relief star, with rays framed by a pair of stylised lilies of the valley. On the pedestal at the front a panel closed with a carved solid arch, in which perhaps originally a photograph. Below engraved two palm branches, interlaced with a ribbon, below an engraved inscription (1).

1) Ś. + P. / Żona Nadwornego Radcy / Weronika / DMITRJEWA / zm. 3 Czerwca 1898 r. / wieku lat 62. //. 2. Дорогой и незабвенной Матушкъ / оть безьутъшно скорбящихь дочерей. //.

Inscription No. 2 in Polish translation: To Dear and Unforgettable Mummy / from daughters inconsolable in grief. //. Verses 2, 3, 5, 6, in italics. According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was originally crowned with a cross and framed by a fence with cast-iron bars. In the panel a watercolour depicting St Veronica with a shawl.
