Tombstone originally marked with cross, on obelisk and base. Cross not preserved. On the obelisk, front and back, an engraved inscription. Tombstone surrounded by a fence with six cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron bar. ( together with gravestone 046).

Inscription:

1. [...] zm. 29 Grud. 1889. / wieku lat 32. / Wieczne odpoczywanie / racz Jej dać / Panie. / Wiedzcie że Bóg miłuje / Kogo krzyżem próbuje, / A kto go cierpliwie zniesie / Do nieba ztąd przeniesie//.
2. Tu spoczywają / zwłoki / S. P. / Siostry Miłosierdzia / Anny / STEFANOWICZ / zm. 21 Lipca / 1888 r. / wieku lat 65. / Wieczne odpocznienie racz jej dać Panie. //.
