The burial place is marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and a two-stepped base, in a band passing at the head into a wall framed on the sides by hipped rectangles. The cross on a moulded plinth. On the front there is a visible attachment of the Christ figure. The second step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with chamfered quarter-circle corners. In it an oval empty space left by a photograph, below it a relief inscription (2). In front of the vertical element a flowerbed. On the wall four plaques. On each in the upper left corner oval panels with photographs on porcelain, engraved inscriptions below. The first panel from the right (3) with a photograph of a mature woman with her hair up in a bun. Second plaque from the right (4) with a blank after the photograph. The first panel from the left (5) with a photograph of a mature man with short, pulled back hair. The man is dressed in a black jacket and white shirt pinned at the neck with a black bow tie. Second panel to the left (6) with a photograph of a mature woman with short black hair, wearing a dark collar coat with a white neckerchief tied under her neck with a brooch. On her head a dark hat with a light ribbon. On the band are seven cylindrical plinths connected by a cast iron chain. In the front corners benches.

According to Wacław Wejtka's records, in 1936 at this place there was a wooden cross with a tin plaque bearing the inscription: Ś + P / Antonina Kuleszanka / Died dn. 20. VI. 1936 / Peace to Her Soul // and a second gravestone in the same form with the inscription: S + P / z Adamowiczów / Stanisława / Kuleszyna / Died 11. III. 1926 / at the age of 63 / Peace to your soul. //. The information allows dating the present tomb after 1936.
