Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross not preserved. Base and plinth with chamfered top edges. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of four trapezoidal plinths connected at the top by iron bars. Fence shared with gravestone No. 71.

On the basis of the Wacław Wejtka file (card no. 347), the gravestone can be linked to the person of Alina Koszko. She was to be commemorated by a monument in the form of a tin cross imitating a birch tree with a tin plaque on a concrete plinth. The gravestone was located in a common fence with the gravestones of the Koszko family. Inscription: Ś + P. / Alina / Koszkówna / Died 6 May 1898 / at the age of 19 / Peace to her soul. //.
