Burial place marked by an irregular stele, in a band. The stele on the front with a panel enclosed by a carved solid arch, in it a cast-iron cross with the figure of Christ. Above, an engraved inscription.

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, in 1936 the site contained a wooden cross with a tin plaque bearing the inscription: Ś + P / Juliusz Kłos / Engineer Architect / Associate Professor / of Architecture / B. Dean of the Faculty of Arts / Fine Arts of the U. S. B. / Born 8. VIII. 1881 / Died 5. I. 1933 / Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord! //. A. Sniezko also states that the original gravestone was in a concrete band.
