The burial place was originally marked by a cross on a four-stepped plinth and a gravestone, on a concrete base.Cross not preserved, on a plinth with moulded upper edges. The steps of the pedestal with slightly chamfered upper edges, on the fourth step a panel repeating its shape, in which originally an inscription plaque. A fragment of a cast-iron cross leaning against the pedestal. The cross with arms ending in and framed by florets, filled with openwork geometric ornamentation, on a pedestal with pinnacles. At the intersection of the arms a medallion, the mount visible after the figure of Christ. Tombstone in a metal fence common to 9 tombstones of the Pietraszkiewicz family. Fencing in the form of a mesh on a concrete base, with a gate at the front. Within the plot two metal benches placed with their backs to the front fence.

A gravestone in a metal fence common to 9 gravestones of the Pietraszkiewicz family. Fence in the form of a mesh on a concrete base, with a gate at the front. Within the plots two metal benches placed with their backs to the front fence. A cross and plaque with a ritual inscription were added in 2014: Ś. P. / JAN / PIETRASZKIEWICZ / s. Józef and Ludwika / née Staszyńska / born in Vilnius / dn. 24. XI. 1848 / died in Vilnius / d. 8. II. 1908 / Ś. P. / TEKLA / Z PARCZEWSKICH / PIETRASZKIEWICZOWA / daughter of: Antoni and Stefania / née Eż. Antoni and Stefania / née Eysmontów / born in Czerwony Dwór / d. 30. VIII. 1862 / died in Vilnius / d. 2. IX. 1925 / POKÓJ ICH DUSZOM //. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter P, card number 142, dated 1934. The location of the gravestone is missing. Next to the description of the gravestone a note: "on the right side the gravestone of Onufry, on the left Józia and Zosia." Description of gravestone from 1934: "a very high obelisk with a small cross at the top, of black granite, under the cross a medallion with a relief bronze portrait of the deceased, with the inscription J. Bierkewicz (Biernkiewicz) in Warsaw 1910. Inscription in metal letters'. "Beneath the obelisk a huge granite slab with an inscription in convex metal letters: GROBY / FAMILY / PIETRA*SZKIEW*ICZÓW* //. (*- letters selected)" Inscription written in 1934: "Ś. P. / JAN PIETRASZKIEWICZ / DOCTOR OF MEDICINE / BORN. NOVEMBER 24, 1847 DIED. JANUARY 29, 1908 / TO DEAREST HUSBAND AND FATHER*U / S. P. / TEKLA Z PARCZEWSKICH / PIETRASZKIEWICZOWA / BORN. 31 AUGUST 1862 D. 2 SEPTEMBER 1925 / DEAREST MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER //.

mosses, lichens, inscription illegible/not preserved, non-maintained finial
Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:
Inscription plaques taken away for conservation. Earth removed from field of quarters to make concrete floor. Headstone altered between September 2013 and June 2014.
