Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The whole founded on a common band. Cross with upper arm and transverse beam terminating in a three-leaf, the lower arm passing in rafters to a wide plinth. Base in the form of rocks. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth closed with a gable, on the front with a gable closed with an overhanging arch . On the second step from the front a panel repeating the shape of the plinth with an engraved inscription, above the inscription a photograph of the deceased.

Inscription:

1. MARYA / SZCZYGJEŁ / * 1/5 1854 / ✝ 3/4 1924 //.

2. Śpij słodko droga / żono i matko //.
