The gravestone is bordered on the front by an engraved frame in which an engraved inscription and a panel with a bas-relief skull with tibias. The inscription in two columns divided by an engraved lily branch.

According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła, this plaque was originally located in the old Protestant cemetery, in Ludwisarska Street, and after its liquidation was moved to the new cemetery in Pohulanka. It was then built into a recess in the cemetery wall on the eastern side. The Wagner coat of arms was placed above it and the whole was separated by a metal fence. The tombstone was placed in the Ross cemetery after World War II. Classicist style of the tombstone
