The burial site is marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and concrete base. Cast-iron cross bordered by a shaft, with arms ending in a trillium form, decorated with floral decoration. On the upper arm a titulus with the cast inscription INRI //. , on the crossing of the arms originally, an unpreserved figure of Christ. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, on the front an engraved inscription (No. 2). The second step of the pedestal tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges, on the front with an engraved inscription (No. 1), above which an engraved radial star framed by a laurel wreath. A gravestone in a fence with plots No. 78, No. 79, No. 81 (gravestone of Józef and Barbara Borkowski) and No. 82. The fence is partly destroyed, with pedestals topped with a flattened pyramid form, connected with a metal bar.
