Tombstone of Wojciech Pużak

Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross on its own base and plinth, with truncated pyramidal arm ends. On the cross a cast-iron figure of Christ. The base decorated with glazing, with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges , on the front in a polygonal engraved frame, an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal closed with a profiled finial, with chamfered side edges. On the front in a glazed panel with ravioli at the corners, and with an arch closed at the top and bottom, a relief figure on a base profiled at the bottom. The relief depicts a bishop in pontifical attire, presumably Saint Adalbert. The facial detail with shoulder-length hair is clearly visible. He is wearing a chasuble, dalmatics and an alb. On his head a mitre. In his right hand a pastoral stole, in his left an open book. On the right and left walls of the second step of the pedestal, panels ending in earlobes at the corners. On the base at the front in the upper right corner the signature of the tombstone's author.
