Tombstone of Adam Ciążkowski

Burial site marked by an obelisk on a two-stage base and plinth. On the front of the obelisk an engraved cross, below an engraved inscription. At the base a cast iron element in the form of a flower with a hole in the centre. Base with chamfered edges. Plinth with moulded top edge.
