Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Cross set secondarily, on plinth with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered vertical edges, covered by a panel with acroterions and pinnacles. An engraved inscription to the front. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and bars terminating in buttons and connected by sigmoidal bars, with a single-leaf gate at the front. The fence is in common with gravestone 39.

According to Wejdka, the old location of the gravestone is "On the left side of the cemetery chapel, under catacombs B, in the 2nd row, counting from the road, behind the chapel. N 11".
