Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Cross set secondarily, on plinth with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered vertical edges, covered by a panel with acroterions and pinnacles. An engraved inscription to the front. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and bars terminating in buttons and connected by sigmoidal bars, with a single-leaf gate at the front. The fence is in common with gravestone 39.

Ś. P. / KONSTANTY / JELEŃSKI / Kollezski Asessor / zm. 20 Czerw. / 1878 r. / wieku lat 63 / Najdroższy cieniu / pokój Twej zacnej duszy / Stroskana siostra Marya / poświęcając ten pamiątkę / prosi przechodnia o west- / chnienie do BOGA. _ //.
