Gravestone marked by a stele with ground face with chamfered sides and back. On the front an irregular panel, in it a relief carved cross, below an engraved inscription. The whole is enclosed by a common fence with ngr.007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 013, 014, 015. The fence is in the form of a polygon made of cast-iron rods, alternately placed, higher and lower, ending in the form of a spearhead, connected by a doubled parallel strip. At the corners and in the middle 9 cuboidal cast-iron posts terminating in an oval form, painted with gold paint. On the left side originally a gate. The field inside the fence paved with cobblestones.

Leokadya / ANDRZEJKOWICZOWA / zm. 12 Kwiet. 1882 / w wieku lat 72. / Spoczęła obok siostry, z którą łączyła / ją miłość bratnia i wspólna / wieloletnia praca dla dobra ogółu. / Cześć jej pamięci! //.
