Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the plinth high, tapering upwards, originally covered by a panel with acroterions and pinnacles. Engraved inscriptions on the front (1), left (3) and right (4) sides. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals, originally connected by a cast iron bar.

2. Stroskana żona i dzieci / tę pamiątkę poświęcają //.
