Burial place originally marked by a cross on a rock-hewn plinth. Plaque engraved on the plinth at the front where the inscription is engraved. Plaque enclosed by a carving of an overhanging segmental arch.

Inscription:

S. P. / Bohduś / KRYWATOWICZ / żył lat 8 / Aniołem dla nas byłeś na ziemi / Aniołem jesteś i w niebie! / Módl się za nami pozostałemi / którym tak ciężko bez Ciebie //.
