A rectangular tomb covered by a slab, at the head of which there was originally a figure of an angel with a cross stylised on a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth. The statue with cross lost, shattered lies nearby. On the plinth a panel with a plaque with a ritual inscription (2). At the front, on the axis of the tomb, an entrance opening covered by a plaque on which is an engraved inscription (1). On the plaque covering the tomb sits an Art Nouveau cast-iron fence. To the right of the front an engraved signature.
