Burial site marked by an obelisk on a two-stage base and plinth. On the obelisk to the front and rear an engraved cross, with arms terminating in a trillium, around which is glazing. Below this an engraved inscription (1). On the back of the obelisk also an engraved inscription (2). Second step of base with chamfered upper edges and glazed sides. Plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription (3).

Inscription:

1. PIOTR / SIENKIEWICZ / obywatel miasta Tarnopola / przeżywszy lat 56 / przeniósł się do wieczności / 27. grudnia r. 1880 / Pokój Jego duszy. //.
2. Najdroższa córka / EUGENIA / zgasła w 15ej wiośnie życia / 12 lutego r. 1890 / Pokój Jej duszy. //.
3. Mężu Drogi. / Tu spoczywasz i córka Eugenia miła / Która dla Ciebie życie poświęciła. / Módlcie się do Boga bo my sierotami / Wkrótce i my także połączymy się z wami. / wdzięczna żona. //.
