Tomb of Felix Brożyna

Тернопіль | Ukraine

Rectangular-plan tomb, of regular sandstone blocks covered by a two-stage slab, the first step of which projects beyond the outline of the wall. On its face, facing the front, an engraved inscription (1). The second step, is preceded by a slightly receding gable on the base. The gable with moulded lower edges, enclosed by a carved gabled arch, framed by acroterions, originally surmounted by a cross on a plinth. The cross is lost, only a fragment of the lower arm surviving. In the field of the gable, on the front, an engraved frame, in which is an engraved inscription (2). Bricked up entrance hole below.
