Burial site marked by a stele on a banded base with plinths at the corners. Right side shallower, enclosed by an irregular descending line. In front an engraved cross, below which a plaque with an engraved inscription. The left side in the form of a higher, cuboidal block. A vase placed at the base of the stele. The band is profiled. A wooden bench in front of the tombstone.

Ś. + P. / ANTONINA HEBWY / * 1869 + 1919 R. / -.- / EUGENIUSZ HERWY / * 1862 + 1934 R. / Proszą o Pozdrowienie Anielskie. //.
