Burial site originally marked by finial on two-stage base and two-stage plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded finial. On the front, in the upper right-hand corner, the signature 'J.K.B.'. The second step of the pedestal covered with a panel and a beam. To the front a panel with an inscription plaque with an engraved inscription.
