Tomb of Tekla Czubata, Franciszek Lindmajer and the Greczynski family

A tomb of regular blocks on a rectangular plan, set on a base, covered by a two-stage slab. The first step extends beyond the outline of the wall. The second is modelled on a gabled canopy. Both steps decorated with cornicing. To the front surmounted by a gable in the shape of a rectangular plaque on a base, set back to the rear, on which is a simple Latin cross on its own plinth. The gable capped with a simplified beam in the form of a frieze and cornice. Flanked on the sides by two volute tracery lying on the base of the gable. There is one stone urn on each side of the volutes. In the field of the gable a panel with profiled edges, in it an engraved inscription (1). On the central axis of the tomb a manhole closing the entrance with an engraved cross and an engraved inscription (2). In the upper part of the manhole two iron entablature with four-leaf clover-shaped mounts. To the left and right of the manhole, plaques with engraved inscriptions (3) (4). The manhole itself on a small step. The whole on a plain concrete base. The elevation of the tomb rusticated.
