Burial place marked by cross with truncated pyramid. Cross on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief head of the Virgin Mary in profile. Pyramid in front of cross, left side. Decorated with incisions. On the front in the panel a plaque with a ritual inscription. The gravestone framed by a fence consisting of a band and plinths connected by a cast iron chain.

Inscription:

Ś. P. / MARJA / CZUBSKA / ZASNĘŁA W PANU 12/VI. 1934 / PRZEŻYWSZY LAT 84 / Błogosławieni, którzy w Panu umie- / rają, albowiem uczynki ich za nimi / idą //.
