Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with chamfered horizontal and chamfered vertical edges, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a visible mount after the figure of Christ, above a titulus. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with corners decorated with floral motifs. In it, an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front, an engraved frame with corners decorated with floral motifs, within which is an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. Wieczny pokój racz mu dać Panie //.
2. Ś. P. / Franciszek / JACHIMOWICZ / zmarł 26 Pazdziernik 1896 r. / wieku lat 71. //.
