The burial place marked by a stele on the plinth and base - all in the form of a pile of stones. In the upper right-hand corner of the stele a relief carved cross with smaller engraving inside. Underneath an inscription plaque (1) in the form of a stylised page. On the pedestal an inscription plaque (2). A pot is added to the base.

Inscription:

1. ZOFIA / SWOBODA / rodz. z MIKSZANÓW / * 2./5.1891. / +28./8.1927. / Odpoczywaj w pokoju, / droga małżonko i matko! //.
2. Rozłączenie nasze było losem / Spotkanie nasze jest nadzieją! //.
