Burial site marked by a diagonal slab and a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid. The slab tapering upwards, enclosed by a segmental arch with chamfered sides and an unworked back. On the front a convex carved cross, below a convex carved plaque with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

S. P. Tu spoczywają / zwłoki Jana / DEWAŁGO / żył lat 75 umarł 15 / maja 1869 roku / Stroskana żona i / córka prosi o westchnienie / do Boga //.
