The mass grave commemorates the 500 Jews murdered by the Nazis in December 1941. Jews. It is located on the north-western edge of the village of Jody. It is located on a slight hill and covers an area of approximately 150 m2. It is fenced with a metal fence. In the centre of the grave is a monument in the form of a granite vertical slab with an irregular side. The inscriptions engraved on the slab are in Russian: / ZDES PAKOJASTSJA ZERTVY FASIZMA/ 500 DETEJ ZENSCIN I MUZCIN/ MIRNYH JODSKIH SOVIETSKIH GRAZDAN/ EVREJSKOJ NARODNOSTI/ ZVERSKI RASSTRELIANNYH/ NACISTSKIMI PALACAMI/ 1941. 17. XII/ SPASENNYE I DRUZJA/.
