According to Anna Lewkowska, Jacek Lewkowski and Wojciech Walczak, the old Catholic cemetery is located 1 km outside Radziwiłłowicz. It has a rectangular plan and an unfenced area of 0.2 ha. It was established in the mid-19th century, but most of its tombstones are from the 1st half of the 20th century. The oldest, from 1882, commemorates Antoni and Marianna Kasperowicz. The inscription reads: "Here lie the bodies / S. S. ANTONI AND MARYANNA / Z SOROKÓW / KASPEROWICZÓW / DECEASED ANTONI 1868 / AND MARYANNA 1882. / ASK FOR 3 ZDR. MAR."
