Biography:

Aleksander Śliwa born in 1948 in Kozłówek, sculptor. He studied at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the atelier of Professor Antoni Hajdecki. Currently, he runs a woodcarving workshop at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.
