Biography:

Augustyna Skibińska belonged to the Congregation of the Sisters of St Elizabeth. On 10 March 1931, she arrived in Jerusalem, together with two other sisters, Innocenta Gierszewicz and Blanka Szwonka, to take charge of the Polish House. In 1947, after the death of Sister Innocena, Augustine became Superior of the Polish House.
