Blanka Izabela Maria Nowakowska (1896-1969), born in Blois, daughter of Damian Daniel Nowakowski (1868-1900) and Georgette Valérie Gouin, dressmaker, lived in Paris at 6 rue des Fossés-Saint-Jacques.

Her husband was Georges Robert Henri Fouquet (born 27 June 1886 in Le Grand-Lucé), a locksmith-mechanic, at the time of the wedding a soldier of the sappers, son of Alphonse Henri Fouquet and Juliette Louise Bobet, a dressmaker. Witnesses to the wedding included Louisa Nowakowska, a trade worker and sister of Blanca. The marriage dissolved in divorce in 1950.
