Biography:

Bronisław Marian Bąk (1922-1981), born in Leszno, graphic artist, painter, stained-glass artist. In 1952 he emigrated to the United States with his wife Heidi. Initially he worked in a stained-glass studio in Chicago. In 1958, he began teaching at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. From 1973, he taught at Georgia Southern College in Statesboro, where he worked until his death in 1981.
