A village on the Dupa River, a tributary of the Seret, located 10 km north of Zaleszczyki, in the wooded fertile Podolia region. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, Dupliska belonged to the area of archaeological excavations along with Holihrads, Beremians, Bedrykowce and Koslovce, during which objects such as pottery, sculptures and coins were found, both from the Stone Age, Roman times and the migration of peoples. In addition, corpse graves with urn burials were found in Dupliska. In 1883, 3 barrows out of 10 in the immediate vicinity were investigated. In one of them, made of earth mixed with stones, at a depth of 70 cm from the surface of the mound, a bronze rod was found, which did not differ either in appearance or size from those used in the 19th century. In 1855, the estate was owned by the heirs of Podlewski h. Bogoria. In 1868 it was in the hands of Antoni Haszczyc. In 1877-1880 Witold Wolański (coat-of-arms Przyjaciel) was listed as the owner, and in 1909-1930 Grzegorz Jakubowicz. In 1929, the estate was owned by Józef Wortanowicz (died after 1939).
From 1877 there was a post office in the village. The Greek Catholic parish was located in Uhryńkowce, and the Roman Catholic parish first in Zaleszczyki, and in the interwar period in Uhryńkowce. In 1870 a Roman Catholic brick chapel was built in Dupliska, where mass was celebrated once a month. In 1896, a Greek Catholic church was built. In 1921 there were 132 houses and 17 other inhabited buildings in Dupliska301. In 1929, in the village, apart from agriculture, the inhabitants were engaged in carpentry, blacksmithing, tailoring, carpentry, shoemaking and bricklaying. In addition, there were quarries in the village, and tobacco was also grown.
In 1857 Dupliska had 147 inhabitants. In 1880, 66 Catholics, 763 Greek Catholics and 28 Jews lived here. In 1921, the population was 751, including 65 Catholics, 679 Greek Catholics and 7 Jews. The Polish nationality was given by 67 people and the Ukrainian nationality by 676.
