Tomb of Romualda and Leopold Rahan

Тернопіль | Ukraine
The tomb is rectangular in plan, covered with a slab, at the head of which is an obelisk on a two-stepped pedestal and on a two-stepped base. The obelisk features a carved cross on the front, a cast-iron hook below and a panel with a plaque with an engraved inscription (2). Base steps with chamfered upper edges. First pedestal step with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth with a plain frieze, covered by a panel with four semicircular pinnacles, in which shells with a volute in the lower part. Slabs on the four sides, in the front one an inscription in engraving (3). At the front of the tomb the entrance opening covered by a plaque with entablature and engraved inscription (1). The plaque secured by a cast iron hook.
