An earth tomb covered by a concrete rectangular slab on which a diagonal concrete stele surmounted by a marble cross. On the stele at the front a marble plaque with an engraved inscription.

According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła (card number 309/32), the grave was originally marked by an oak cross with a tin plaque. This allows the monument to be dated to the second half of the 1930s.
