Graves of the Tietiacin family, executed in 1944.

Five members of the heroic Polish Tietiacin family, who, working with the Home Army, defended the local population against Soviet and Jewish partisans, are buried in the cemetery in Podborze. They were shot in Niewoniańce on 27.04.1944 by Soviet partisans from the Rudnicka Forest. This was in retaliation for the fight of their loved ones in the structures of the Home Army, especially of one of the bravest soldiers of the unit "Krysia" - Michał Tietianiec pseud. Myśliwy. Teofila, Kajetan, Jadwiga, Konstanty and Leontyna died in Niewoniac. The commemoration on their grave consists of three elements: it is a grave field framed by a low curb with 4 earthen graves surrounded by low curbs, in the upper left corner behind the grave field stands a cross with the head of Christ in a crown of thorns and embracing the cross is the figure of a grieving Mother. Below the cross on the foundation is a marble inscription plaque, while in the upper right corner behind the grave field a contemporary irregularly shaped vertical granite plaque has been placed on a low foundation. The inscription on the old marble plaque reads: "Graves of the Tietiacin family / Teofila aged 56 / Konstanty aged 31 / Kajetan aged 22 / Jadwiga aged 18 / Died a tragic death on 26.04.1944 / God save their souls / This memorial is dedicated by the son".

At an undetermined time, between 2002 and 2018, descendants of the murdered Tietiańskis family moved to the cemetery in Podbórz a monument erected in 2002 in Niewoniańce, at the site of the family's death. The inscription on this monument reads: "Here in 1944.04.23 shot and burned the family of Lieutenant A.K. Michał Tietiańca alias "Myśliwy" by the Soviet occupants / Teofila - 56 / Kajetan - 22 / Konstanty - 31 / Jadwiga - 18 / Leontyna - 28 / From the Tietiańca family".
