The neo-Gothic chapel of the Krzyżanowskis in Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv is one of the most beautiful in the necropolis. It was built in 1890-1891 according to a design by Jan Tomasz Kudelski, commissioned by Stanisław Krzyżanowski. The windows of the chapel had stained-glass windows made by the Tiroler Glasmalerai und Mosaik Anstalt of Innsbruck, and Piotr Witalis Harasimowicz was most likely responsible for the sculptural details.
The Polonica Institute carried out restoration work on the chapel in 2019-2020.
