Burial site marked by an iron cross on a boulder pedestal. Cross perpetuated, lies leaning against headstone. Cross with tabs. At the intersection of the arms of the cross an overhanging crown of thorns. On the front of the plinth on the polished face an engraved inscription.

Aleksander / Twardomanski / zm. 6 Lip. 1888 r. / Prosi o zdrowaś Marya //.
