Tombstone of Anna and Jędrzej Sąsiadek

The burial site is marked by a four-foot tombstone at the head of which is a figure of Christ with a burning heart. Jesus points to his heart with his left hand. The figure with its own base and a two-stage plinth. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges, a frame with quarter-circle chamfered corners is carved on four sides. Second step of plinth with profiled upper edges covered by a multi-pitched canopy. A panel carved on four sides closed with a full segmental arch. Engraved inscriptions in the panels: frontal (1) and left (2). The second and third steps of the tombstone with chamfered upper edges. The fourth step of the slab in the form of a coffin lid with a cross engraved in the centre.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
