Burial site marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on two-stage plinth with moulded edges. At the intersection of the arms the mount is visible after the figure of Christ, above the titulus. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, closed with a segmental arch, with chamfered side edges, on the front an engraved inscription. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On it, an engraved inscription to the front.

In line 9 of the inscription on the second step of the pedestal, the characters 27 and VII are written above (27) and below (VII) in a common line. Lines 1 and 3 of the inscription on the first step of the plinth are in italics. In Waclaw Wejtka's file, under J card no. 234, reference to Stanislaw Mineyko card.
