The burial site was originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth . Cross not preserved. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a pea-shaped frame closed with a flattened arch in sections, in which is an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On the front, a niche closed with a flattened arch in sections, in which a relief of St Domicella holding a burning heart in her right hand is carved.

Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
