Headstone marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base. Cross on plinth. Cross with overhanging cross in front of face, with arms terminating in a trillium. The first and third steps of the plinth with chamfered top edges. The third step of the pedestal on the front with an engraved inscription.
