The plaque with the inscription was lost between July 1987 and July 1988.

On the sides of the inscription engraved two coloured decorations, mentioned in the inscription.

Georges Henri Bilski (born 9 March 1916 in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, died 23 February 1980 in Créteil, Val-de-Marne) was a French physician of Polish origin. He was born the son of Novsch Bilski and Jeanne Ernest Pasquier. His birth certificate was registered under number 506 in the Paris archives (AdP AN Paris 18e), and this document records his later marriage to Raymonde Augustine Mathilde Merlet, contracted on 23 September 1939 in La Chapelt (?). At the time of his death, Bilski was living in Paris at 62 boulevard Arago, but died in Créteil at 51 avenue Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny. The death was reported by Jean Vicat, a 57-year-old civil servant residing at the same address in Créteil. This information was recorded in the documents of the Créteil mayoralty (AdP AD Paris 13e No. 670 of 1980).

Raymonde Augustine Mathilde Merlet (born 3 May 1913 in Saint-Laurent-de-Cognac, Charente, died 22 May 1980 in Paris) was a French woman, widow of Georges Henri Bilski, daughter of Gaston Merlet and Augustine Hélène Claire Hilaireau. Raymonde lived at 62 boulevard Arago in Paris, where she died at the age of 67. Her death was reported by Michel Pintado, a 32-year-old resident of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, at rue Michel Charles. The burial took place on 28 May 1980.This information was recorded in the Paris civil status file (AdP AD Paris 13e No. 1361 of 1980).

Jean Baptiste Dumas Movscha Bilski born 20 November 1871 in Alexota (Russia) died 20 November 1957 in Paris at his residence 10 rue Jean Baptiste Dumas son of Hirsch Berke Bilski and Ita Calman , spouses deceased, doctor of medicine, divorced from Louise Kopp [married 17 December 1896 in Paris 14t, divorced 1912.], remarried to Jeanne Ernestine Pasquier (AdP AD Paris 17e no. 2124); married on 3 September 1912 in Paris on the 15th to Jeanne Ernestine Pasquier, no profession, domiciled in Paris with her father, daughter Nicolas Ernest Pasquier lieutenant colonel en retraite (lieutuenant colonel en retraite), bachelor LH (AdP AM Paris 15e no. 1588 of 1912).
  4. Jeanne Ernestine Pasquier born 7 November 1877 in Orange (Vaucluse), died 17 October 1960 96 rue Didot, daughter of Nicolas Ernest Pasquier and Clotilde Blanche Sauvyere domiciled 10 rue Jean Baptiste Duma , no profession, widow of Movscha Bilski (AdP AD Paris 14e no. 4003 of 1960).
