Burial place marked by a slab, at the head of which is a stele on a plinth. A stele with a two-part composition. The left side narrower and higher, in the form of a cuboidal block. Front side with metal attachment. The right side shallower, from the front an engraved inscription with the surname surrounded by an engraved frame. Above it an oval empty space left by a photograph, above it an engraved palm branch. Both parts on a common plinth. On the plinth, a jardiniere on the front. The panel covered by a smaller convex panel.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
