The burial place marked by a finial in the form of a shrine and a band. On the band there is a horizontal base, above it a plinth with a hollowed-out recess from above (the function of a flowerpot). Above, a niche closed with a semicircle, up to 2/3 of the height of the niche a plaque with an engraved inscription (1) and a photograph.

1. HENRYKA / WARYNICOWA / 28.12.1928 + 23.8.1931 / Drogie dziecię krótkoś żyło, / Coś rodziców radość było / Wcześnie się od nas odrywasz, / W ciemnym grobie się ukrywasz //
